COURSE DESCRIPTION
Site teams spend hours converting field notes, photographs and measurement records into reports that leadership reads in minutes. This course teaches engineers and project office staff to produce daily and monthly progress reports with AI assistance — faster, in a consistent format, and without losing the technical detail that makes a report useful. Participants work on their own project’s reporting formats throughout.

- Anatomy of a report that gets read — what a good DPR and monthly progress report contain
- Giving AI the right context: prompting for technical accuracy in an engineering setting
- Building reusable report templates and a team prompt library
- Working with photographs, scanned records and handwritten site notes
- Progress narratives — turning weekly data into a monthly story with cause and consequence
- Quality control: verifying every AI output against the source record
