COURSE DESCRIPTION

Health, safety and environment documentation is high in volume and often required at short notice. This course covers incident reporting, root-cause narratives, toolbox talk material and compliance summaries — with a strong module on what safety and personnel information must never be placed into a public AI tool.

2. Root-cause narrative drafting with structured methods (5 Whys, cause-and-effect)
3. Toolbox talks and safety briefing material in the language your crew actually uses
4. Compliance and audit summaries against applicable HSE standards
5. Trend analysis across incident records to find the pattern behind repeat events
6. Confidentiality — personnel, medical and legal information that stays off public tools
