COURSE DESCRIPTION

Senior officers oversee more projects than any individual can read in detail. This program covers using AI to read across large volumes of reporting, build a red-flag and exception framework, interrogate project data before the review meeting rather than during it, and support option analysis ahead of approval decisions — with a clear line drawn around where human judgement must remain.
