About Course

Summary

Digital Literacy 3.0 is the bridge between being digitally capable and being employable in a technology-driven workplace. It opens by showing learners how technology actually works underneath what software is, how it is built, what a database and an API are so the IT industry stops being a black box and starts being a map they can navigate. From there the course turns entirely practical: career pathways, employability, professional presence, remote work, freelancing, AI as a working tool, and building something real without code. It closes with a career launch package and a written twelve-month learning plan, so no learner finishes without a concrete next step.

Who Should Attend

Digital Literacy 3.0 is for learners ready to turn digital competence into a route toward employment. It suits:

  • Graduates of Digital Literacy 2.0
  • Students, fresh graduates, and career changers moving towards IT or digital-enabled work
  • Jobseekers, freelancers or employees preparing for a move into a more technical role

Learners who have not completed Digital Literacy 2.0 can still join by passing the entry diagnostic see Pre-Requisite below.

Course Description

From the technology foundations, the course moves entirely into practice. Learners identify which IT and digital roles genuinely suit them, build a CV and a professional online presence that stands up to scrutiny, learn to search and apply effectively, and prepare for video interviews. They are taught how remote and hybrid teams actually operate, how freelance platforms work and what they realistically pay, how to use AI as a working tool rather than a novelty, and how to build something real using no-code tools.

The course also serves as a campus-to-corporate readiness programme in its own right. It closes with a career launch package and a written twelve-month learning plan, so every learner leaves with a concrete next step already in hand, not just a certificate.
