About Course
Summary
AI for Communication is a focused course for anyone whose role is substantially about communicating clearly to different audiences internal communications, PR, executive support, or frequent customer-facing writing. It covers adapting one message for several readers, holding a consistent voice, and the accuracy and disclosure questions that come with using AI in anything that will carry your name or your organisation’s.
Who Should Attend
- Communications, PR and marketing staff who write frequently for varied audiences
- Executive assistants and staff who draft correspondence on behalf of leaders
- Customer-facing and support staff who need consistent tone at volume
- Anyone responsible for messaging that reaches multiple stakeholders from one source
Course Description
The course centres on a problem every communicator recognises: the same content has to become three different messages for three different readers, and doing that well by hand takes hours. Participants practise re-pitching one piece of content for different audiences, and learn to transfer their own or their organisation’s house style using examples rather than lengthy descriptions of tone.
A dedicated module covers tone under pressure softening a refusal, firming up a follow-up, and the sensitive or difficult messages that should never be handed over without a careful human pass. Another covers writing credibly on someone else’s behalf, including the review loop that keeps an executive’s voice genuinely theirs.
The course closes on the questions specific to public-facing communication: what needs verification before anything goes external, and when and how AI assistance should be disclosed. These are treated as professional standards, not caveats to rush past.
