About Course
COURSE DESCRIPTION
Contract documents are long, claims are longer, and the window to respond is short. This course teaches commercial and contract staff to interrogate contract conditions with clause-level citations, compare bids, analyse claim documentation, and draft contractual correspondence that protects the organisation’s position. It includes a dedicated module on confidentiality — which contract and pricing information must never leave a controlled environment.
