About Course
COURSE DESCRIPTION
Finance functions spend disproportionate time explaining numbers rather than producing them. This course covers expenditure variance analysis, project proposal and PC-1 narrative support, audit observation replies with a traceable evidence trail, and management financial summaries. AI is used for analysis and drafting; the figures themselves remain under human control, and the course is explicit about that boundary.
