About Course

COURSE DESCRIPTION

Official correspondence follows conventions that a general-purpose AI tool does not know: the summary for the competent authority, the case file précis, the standing instruction. This course teaches officers to train AI tools on their own organisation’s drafting style and formats, so output arrives in the correct register and requires editing rather than rewriting.

  • Personal staff to senior officers
  • Anyone whose day is spent drafting notes and summaries
